Piper is about 5 years old and looking for a loving forever home. She would do best in a home with another dog, and she comes from a home that had a cat and a young boy. She is up to date on shots and spayed. Border collie / cattle dog mix is just a guess, she was found abandoned as a puppy so we really don't know. She weighs 43 lbs. She is housebroken and kennel trained If you are looking for the perfect dog, she is it!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Piper-I like cats!, a Bellflower Border Collie/Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Bellflower, or seeking a Border Collie/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Bellflower.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellflower already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellflower breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Border Collie/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellflower paves the way for another one to be saved.
