About Our Rescue Group...
R.A.I.N. is dedicated to rescuing cats and dogs from local animal shelters, individuals who no longer want or cannot care for their pets, and animals who live their lives as strays. Our mission is to help the animals that we can, knowing that every single one that we save makes a difference. Volunteers work to care for, socialize, protect, medicate, and above all, love, these deserving animals. We are always in desperate need of foster homes for cats and dogs. The more temporary housing we can provide, the more lives we can save.

Our Adoption Process...
Prospective Adopters must fill out an adoption application, either online at our website or by visiting us at PETsMART on the weekends. You must then meet with one of our counselors for a personal interview. At this time you can meet your desired pet as well. We may ask questions about your current situation, such as if you own any other animals and how you care for them. Every situation is unique, and we want you to have the pet that's right for you!
