Bam Bam's Story...
Bam Bam is a knockout! This tiny tyke has quite a personality. He doesn’t know he is a tiny dog in a world of dogs that are larger than he is. Bam Bam’s former owner says he is a fabulous guard dog–he’ll let you know if anyone is near your home and let out his fierce bark to scare them off.

Don’t be fooled by his bravery, though. Beneath this confident exterior, Bam Bam loves nothing more than to be held in your arms, snuggle and be close to you. He lost his former home when his elderly owner had a stroke and was unable to care for him. Bam Bam quickly warms up to strangers. One gentle pat on his head and he’s in your arms, content to stay there for a long, long time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bam Bam, a Smyrna Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Smyrna, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Smyrna.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Smyrna already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Smyrna breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Smyrna paves the way for another one to be saved.
