Pappy's Story...
OK everyone, we have a new visitor at the shelter. This is Pacino and he is looking for a new family. He is a pit mix around 9 weeks old and he is so cuddly and friendly. this puppy could put a smile on grumpy cats face. Pacino is great with kids and other dogs and at his age he never learned that dogs and cats are not supposed to get along so he loves them too. Pacino has had his first set of shots today but still needs to get neutered. His adoption fee is $150. If you are interested you can fill out a preadoption form on our website, www.hcasf.org or you can fill one out at the shelter.

Here at H.C.A.S. we are looking to find good homes for our animals. All animals coming from the shelter are up to date on all shots, health checked by a vet, and spayed/neutered.

We are located in New Cumberland W.V. We try to go to Petsmart in Robison Pa. every weekend with adoptable dogs, provided we have enough volunteers. We also have adoptable cats that are housed at Petsmart.

Our Adoption Process...
Pre-adoption form, contract. Fees start at $155.00 for females and $140.00 for males. We accept cash, check, and charge.
