Are you looking for a close companion? Look no further; Emily would be happy to be your best friend. At two years old and only 15 lbs she is very dainty but she is full of personality. Emily loves to play fetch with a ball and would make a wonderful playmate for a child. Emily would do best as an only dog where she can be the Queen Bee. Emily rides very well in the car and would love to run errands with you. She is well behaved out of the crate during the day and likes to snooze on the sofa. She likes a lot of attention and will be more than happy to sit in your lap while you watch TV or rest. She is a real love bug and her favorite thing in life is spending time with you and playing with her toys. Emily is fully potty trained, spayed, current on vaccinations, current on flea and heartworm preventative and she also has a micro chip. She is being fostered in Huntsville, AL. Please email INFO@FORrescue.net for more information about Emily.
Rescue Group Info...
Friends of Rescue is a certified 501(c)(3) organization consisting of volunteers who are devoted to saving shelter dogs that are in danger of euthanasia. Rural Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee shelters have a constant overflow of dogs, little funding, and limited space. Once the dogs arrive at the shelter, they have very little time. It is our goal to help save these adoptable dogs and adopt them out to loving families. Although our priorities are the retriever breeds, we are not limiting ourselves to retrievers because we know that there are many great dogs that need our help. We are NOT professional trainers or animal behaviorists; simply volunteers who are trying to save these dogs from euthanasia.
We have many wonderful dogs looking for FORever Homes!
Our adoption fee covers their complete age-appropriate vetting, spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm/flea prevention, and full medical records.
Please email us at info@FORrescue.net for an application to begin the adoption process.
