This is Baby.  Isn't he beautiful?  Baby was rescued from a recently-closed local ice cream store. He and his momma were the last 2 cats still living there.  All of the others were rescued over the winter by the same wonderful woman that rescued, and is caring for, Baby and his momma.  Her name is Sue.

Baby's 3 siblings were all rescued several months ago, and Baby was really all alone now as his mother is focused on the new litter she is expecting soon.  So Baby was READY to be 'rescued.'  He allowed himself to be wrapped in a towel and picked up and brought home without any fuss.

Baby was born in late September, 2012.  He is male, with short, very thick hair. He is a little shy at first with new people, but he warms up VERY quickly.  He is very affectionate and loves to be petted and have his belly rubbed.  He's really a super little boy. Right now he's living with the other kitties from the ice cream store, but he's so ready to have a home of his own. He gets along very well with other kitties, but would also do well on his own.  He will make a wonderful addition to any family.

Baby is neutereed, has received all of his vaccinations and is feline leukemia/FIV negative.    If you would like to meet Baby, and maybe invite him into your family, please contact his foster mom, Sue, at 570-412-0512 or  Baby is waiting to hear from you.

About Our Rescue Group...

I am a private individual that finds homes for abandoned, stray, and unwanted cats and kittens. I provide all necessary vetting: physical exam, de-worming, flea treatment, vaccinations, spay/neuter if age appropriate, and any other medical or surgical requirements. Our area has no formal cat rescue organization, and there are hundreds of needy and deserving animals. I am always in need of loving foster homes for my kitties. If you are interested in participating as a foster, please call 570-538-5610.
