My name is Maggie!

German Shepherd Dog/Rottweiler Mix Dog for adoption in Somerset, Pennsylvania - Maggie

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Maggie's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, a special needs pet, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Maggie's Story...
Maggie came to us because her owner could no longer care for her. She is a beautiful girl who is a bit shy at first. She is good with cats but doesn't always do well with other dogs. She is already spayed and housetrained. Maggie knows how to sit, play fetch and is very playful so she will need plenty of room to run. Maggie does have some skin allergies however these are easily treatable.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maggie, a Somerset German Shepherd Dog/Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Rottweiler for sale in Somerset, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Somerset.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Somerset already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Somerset breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Rottweiler breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Somerset paves the way for another one to be saved.
