Peaches--adopted!!'s Story...
This pretty girl is Peaches, a cropped and docked red girl who is about 1 1/2 years old. She came to us as a surrender from her temporary foster mom. She had gotten Peaches from a backyard breeder (who bred her when she was very young) and was unable to keep her due to some family health issues. In that home she lived with cats, a female chihuahua, a gecko and multiple kids in her foster home so she gets along with just about anybody and anything. She has some obedience training and is very smart--even knows how to roll over--but still needs a little work on her leash skills. She will definitely need a fenced in yard as she likes to galavant around outside.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peaches--adopted!!, a New Richmond Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in New Richmond, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in New Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
