Brandie's Story...
Brandie's mom was a very pregnant labradoodle who was rescued from a public shelter shelter. Even though she was battling a terrible case of pneumonia, she was still able to deliver 5 very healthy puppies who are now able to find their forever homes. Even though we can tell that their mom is a doodle we do not recommend one of these puppies for anyone with allergies to labradors. Even though we can tell that their mom is a doodle we do not recommend one of these puppies for anyone with major allergies to labradors. Brandie is now 9 weeks old (3/28) and expected to be around 50-60lbs when grown.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brandie, a La Mirada Labradoodle/Golden Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labradoodle/Golden Retriever for sale in La Mirada, or seeking a Labradoodle/Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in La Mirada.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in La Mirada already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a La Mirada breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labradoodle/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Labradoodle/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in La Mirada paves the way for another one to be saved.
