This is Lane, and I know what your thinking, german shepherd !!! But it true, If your interested in him, I can show you his sisters pictures. Anyway whatever he is mixed with has short little legs. He is adorable. You ought see him try to keep up with his sisters, which he does pretty good with those short little leggs. Anyway he is adorable. Lane and his siblings were found at the dog pound. His foster mom came and picked them up, to help them find families. So Lane is looking for a family of his own, one that will not discard him. He will be ready to come to his new home on March 29, at which time he will have had all of his puppy shots, kennel cough shot, dewormed, and fixed. So wont you make this cute little guy part of your family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lane, a Plainfield German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Plainfield, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Plainfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
