Meet Best Buddy. He is about 8 months old and weighs about 40 pounds. Buddy walks well on a leash, in fact he loves to go for energetic walks. When he hears or sees something of interest, one of his eyebrows goes up, giving his face an interesting expression that is absolutely adorable. Buddy has been taught to “sit” and learned this command very quickly. He also comes when called, and wags his whole body when he first sees his people in the mornings or after some time of absence. Buddy is very loyal to his people and has a calm temperament. He gets along well with all the dogs he has been exposed to, however he does not get along with cats or chickens. He enjoys children as well as adults. He will lie near his humans and be quite content, or can entertain himself outside. Buddy would do just about anything for his favorite treat of peanut butter wrapped in whole wheat bread. Maybe you have some you’d like to share? HHS dog.
