Mindy Lou - adoption pending's Story...
mindy lou is a lovely small dog of approx 3 yrs and 16lbs, she is very quiet and a little shy until she knows you, she would do better in an adult home that is peaceful, she is very sweet and loving, seems to be well house trained, is a little scared on the leash but getting better every day, she has been treated for heart worms and is on a monthly preventative, she looks like a lhasa or shih tzu mix and has the most beautiful thick coat with some pretty colors, she will need regular grooming and brushing and would not be good for any one with allergies

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mindy Lou - adoption pending, a Norwalk Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu breeders who help with Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
