Zoe is about 3 years old, about 6 lb, chi-mix. She is full of fun energy, attention seeking, very sweet, cuddly, well-behaved cutie. Gets along well with other dogs, likes to play. Would love to have a 4-legged playmate! Zoe was surrendered by a family who had found her and another dog, and were unable to keep her. Zoe’s adoption fee is $250. We are a group of volunteers that take in unwanted, abandoned or homeless Chihuahuas and Chihuahua mixes. We take care of any Vet needs they may have and evaluate them as to temperament and likes and dislikes. We then match people to dogs and after completing our adoption process we send the dogs to their Forever Homes where they will be loved and valued as a family member.
We operate on donations and always have a need for things like leashes, harnesses, dishes, high quality dog food, beds, blankets and most importantly FOSTER HOMES!

We organized in 2005 and CR&R is registered as a non-profit charitable organization in Washington State & has Federal 501(c)(3) STATUS. We have successfully re-homed over 250 dogs!

Please contact each foster home where a dog lives that you are interested in to make an appointment to meet them. We participate in various events throughout the year where we show off our adoptable dogs.
Our adoption fees vary depending on the age and health of the dogs. We require that an adoption application be completed with at least two personal references and one Vet reference. We also do home checks to be sure the dog will go to a safe environment. Our Adoption Contract assures that the dogs will be cared for and if they cannot remain with the new family they MUST be returned to us.
