Mojita's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Mojita's Story...
Wanted: a home with a nice soft bed and lots of toys and balls and activity. I am a very active and smart girl who loves to play, especially fetch a ball. I might make a good agility dog since I am really smart and quick to learn. Of course, I am also very affectionate and love attention. Playing with other dogs is great for me and I don’t care what size the other dog is, large or small, I am friends with all. My manners are great: I sleep in a crate and always keep it clean, so what’s not to like! My edob is 01/12. I weigh 18 lbs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mojita, a Houston Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Houston, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
