*Portia's true personality is starting to shine! She now greets visitors at the front of her kennel with a wiggling back side and a smile on her face!*

Portia has found her way into the shelter life after being picked up as a stray. She is very unsure of things right now and is very timid. She takes her time warming up to the new people around her. Portia will need a home where she can learn to trust again and that she is safe and secure. A place where she will know love and affection.
