STORMY's Story...
Oh wow, STORMY is such a BEAUTIFUL girl! She is very sweet, friendly, active & playful. She was a bit shy with the camera, but she loves people. Her mother is Austrailian Shepherd/Border Collie mix & her dad is a purebred Austrailian Shepherd. She is 5 months old. With looks like hers, she won't be here long before being adopted. Stormy will be spayed on March 20th & will be ready to travel about 10 days later. She is current on all vaccinations, worming, heartworm & flea/tick prevention. Her adoption fee is $400

Why Adoption is a Great Option

STORMY, a Humboldt Australian Shepherd/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Border Collie for sale in Humboldt, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Humboldt.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Humboldt already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Humboldt breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Border Collie breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Humboldt paves the way for another one to be saved.
