Banjo's Story...
Beautiful 2 yr old Banjo was terrified at the shelter, I was sad to see no one came to claim this sweet boy. MAS Rescue thought he needed some more time to find the perfect place to call home, is it with you? Banjo weighs close to 30 lbs. and is healthy. He has been checked by a vet, completely vaccinated, and treated with preventatives for parasites. He was also neutered and micro-chipped, we can't let him get lost again!! Banjo is a great snuggler, he will curl up at your feet and sleep the night away. Put a leash on him, and you are off on an swift paced adventure, lots of smells to smell ... don't you know? If you would like to meet Banjo, please visit www.masrescue.org to fill in the dog adoption application, then email it to us quickly. Adoption fee for Banjo is $250.00. Thanks!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Banjo, a Baltimore Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Baltimore, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Baltimore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baltimore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baltimore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baltimore paves the way for another one to be saved.
