Baby *Courtesy Post*'s Story...
**COURTESY POST**
Baby is a wonderful dog! She has a non-shedding coat. She appears to be fully housebroken, as she has not had any accidents in her foster house. She lets you know she needs to go outside by doing laps around the door. She is a quiet dog who doesn't bark or yap for attention. Baby knows a few commands- she sits, gives paw, will lay down, and come when called. She is also a pro at catching treats. She is a smart dog that responds very well to direction and positive reinforcement. She gets along with other dogs, but she prefers to play with her toys over playing with the other dogs in her foster house. She delights in pulling the squeekers out of stuffed toys and tossing her rubber squeeky toys to herself for entertainment- anything to hear the squeek. Opposite to her playful side - she makes a wonderful couch buddy. She will sit next to you and place her head in your lap and will remain there quite content for as long as you want. She has been sleeping in her foster mom's bed at night, but if you don't like that behavior I am certain she would settle for a nice spot next to the bed without much fuss. She is kept in a crate during the day while her foster mom is at work and she goes in without complaint. Baby is a good dog and I find it difficult to understand why anyone would have given her up. The family that ends up adopting her will be very lucky!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baby *Courtesy Post*, a Romeoville Border Collie/Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Romeoville, or seeking a Border Collie/Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Romeoville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Romeoville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Romeoville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Border Collie/Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Romeoville paves the way for another one to be saved.
