My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm pup #5 of a litter of 10. We were born on Jan. 20th and in a very loving home with a good mom, a small honey colored lab mix. Daddy was a full blooded red Dachshund. We have our first puppy vaccines and have been wormed. Some of us will be going to upcoming adoption days so please come and visit us. I weighed 6.75 pounds on 3-12-13. We are about 7-8 weeks old now.

My adoption fee is $100. Includes spay/neuter, 2 puppy shots, worming, heartworm prevention and frontline.

Save 1 Pet is a 501 (c) 3 approved charity committed to helping homeless animals. We don't have a facility (shelter) but work out of our homes to foster the animals until they find a forever home.

Please be advised that for all adoptions, we will conduct reference checks, including veterinary references. Our adoption fee for dogs is $95-$200 which includes spay/neuter, heart worm check, current vaccines, worming and heart worm/flea/tick prevention.
For dog adoptions, we do conduct fence verifications.

When adopting an animal, you will be asked to complete our Adoption Contract.
