Rory's Story...
Rory is 21 pounds of pure goodness, happiness and love! Resisting his charms is pointless! One look into those precious light colored eyes and you will be hooked! Rory is one handsome boy with such a wonderful and joyful personality. He loves everyone he meets - dog and human alike. He always appears to have a smile on his face and a wagging tail.

Rory walks like a dream on the leash and is eager to meet anyone along the way. He plays very well with other dogs. His new home should have another canine friend for him to hang out with. Rory is a loving boy and gives the best gentle kisses and dolls them out with abandonment!

Rory is looking for a home with another young canine friend to romp with, daily walks are high on Rory's list and weekend hikes or camping would be a big bonus for him too! Rory is a lap dog and so a home with at least one lap for him to snuggle in is also on Rory's "wish list!" Rory might only be 21 pounds but his little size is packed full of never ending amounts of love that he is eager to share with his new family and friends! Fill out an application for this special little guy today! He's looking forward to meeting you! To learn more - www.azrescue.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rory, a Phoenix Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cattle Dog for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cattle Dog breeders who help with Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
