Min & Mrs. Purrkitty-URGENT!'s Story...
These lovely 9 month old ladies are Min and Mrs. Purrkitty. Their brothers, Mr. Longhair and Mr. Purrkitty, also need to find a home asap. The family that rescued them loves them dearly. They were rescued from coyotes. The mother cat and one of the kittens weren't so lucky. The family of cats ran to this kind family's porch for safety and the coyotes followed them right up to the porch and the family wasn't able to fight them off before the mama cat and one of her babies were taken. Due to the husband's horrible allergies, their doctor has said the cats must go. He has to have reconstructive surgery on his nose it is so bad. They are also moving soon and the new landlord will not even let them keep their beloved pets long enough to find them homes. Please give these great cats a good home! They want to be adopted in pairs, because they've been together their entire lives and are terribly bonded.

They only have until April 1st to find a home.

If you can find it in your heart to save these sweet kitties, please contact cat_rescue@earthlink.net or the family directly at 770-371-2615. Ask for Anjanette.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Min & Mrs. Purrkitty-URGENT!, a Fairborn Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Fairborn, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Fairborn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fairborn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fairborn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fairborn paves the way for another one to be saved.
