Cozy twosome for someone to adopt.

Say hello to Lana and Zigzag!

Lana is a Flame-Point Siamese female adult approximately 2 and a half years.  Her buddy Zigzag is approximately 12 months.  These two have been fostered together for ten months and we would be looking for a home that could take both.

Zigzag came to us last August as a part of a colony at Genentech in Vacaville with a few siblings.  Lana needed some socialization so we put the two together since Zigzag was a young male she could get along with.  The kitties are complete opposites yet seem to form a complete package.  Zigzag is definitely the more active of the two.  He likes sitting in the sunshine in a windowsill and is a lounging kitty that likes tummy tubs when he get's tired but will quickly involve Lana in exercise.

Lana, in particular, is going to need an experienced cat adoptor.  She can get very anxious in loud homes so needs a quiet steady home to live in. Both are used to being in a small location and will need to start that way in a new home at least to start.  Lana seems to like per owner's feet also.  Once these two can bond to an owner they will do great.  They are very much companion cats and like being around their humans, including following on your heels to the kitchen!).

If interested please contact us at Cat Tales and we can refer you on to their foster. She is only available by phone.

The adoption fee is $90 for kittens up to one year and $70 for adults over one year.   All cats have been spayed/neutered FVRCP vaccinated, FeLV tested, dewormed, Advantage flea preventative and microchipped!.

Adoptions will be at the PETCO in Fairfield on Saturdays from 11:00 - 3:00 p.m. and Sundays from 12:oo-4:00 p.m.  Since all of our cats are in foster homes, not all cats are available every weekend.  Please contact us to make sure the specific kitty you would like to see will be available for you to meet at

About Cat Tales Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Cat Tales Rescue is an all volunteer-based, non-profit organization committed to reducing the homeless, unwanted, and feral cat population of Solano County through promoting low-cost spay/neuter options and educating the public on the importance of spay/neuter.

We advocate the benefits of TNR to control over population and maintain good health of feral cat colonies and educate the public about TNR and proper feral colony management.

We take in abandoned cats from our communities, feral colonies and cats at risk from euthanasia, to the extent of our resources and of foster home availability.

We assist the public, feral colony care takers, and shelter rescuers place cats in loving, forever homes.
