Lily is an absolute doll! She is about one and half years old and is an excellent companion. She loves people and enjoys cuddling. She loves to snuggle up to you, always has a kiss for everyone, and always wants to be around her owner. She is a "pocket pit", so she is pretty small and low to the ground- ideal for smaller homes. She is a little over 40 pounds, and she measures 18 inches from the top of her hind leg to the ground, or 22 inches from the top of her head to the ground. She is about 2 years old and cute as can be. Lily was originally rescued with a litter of puppies, all of which have been adopted. Lily is now spayed and ready for her new home. She has a wonderful personality and is a total lovebug. Her favorite thing is to snuggle and be around people.
Lily gets along great with all people, including young kids. She is also very good with cats. Lily likes to go to the dog park and always does well with the other dogs. She has been living in a foster home with 5 other dogs and gets along quite well. That being said, Lily should eat and chew on her bones inside of her crate away from other dogs as she is possessive of her food (only with dogs- not people). She does best with structure and clear expectations. It is best that she does not go to a home with another bully breed or aggressive playing dog. She particularly seems to like puppies and small dogs! She needs work walking on the leash as she does pull and get very excited at the idea of playing with a passing dog, but consistent training should correct this. Everyone who meets Lily falls in love with her- she such a well behaved and sweet dog, and she has the cutest underbite! Lily is house-trained, enjoys car rides, and is crate trained- in fact she seems to enjoy some alone time in her crate.
The adoption fee for Lily is $100, and covers her spay surgery and up to date vaccines. If interested in giving Lily her forever home, please email Joanne at email@example.com for an application or call 925-337-6377
