My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Samson, our big 97-pound teddy bear born in January 2012. He's a mix of primarily Golden Retriever and German Shepherd, but probably also has some Chow Chow in his genes. He was purchased as a puppy who was only supposed to grow to about 50 pounds, which is why he was given up by his family. Samson had not received much in the way of training, such as walking nicely on leash, so his foster is working on the basics and he is responding very well. He's gentle with children and gets along well with the other dogs at his foster home. Samson has a lush coat that will need regular brushing. If you have experience with large dogs, Samson could be a great match.

All Kiko dogs have been examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated, dewormed, tested for heartworm, sterilized, and require an adoption fee of $400 ($250 for senior dogs and $125 for cats) and an adoption contract.
