Willow's Story...
Willow is a wonderful 3 year old blue Merle Great Dane. She is a shy girl, but has warmed up to her foster family very quickly. Willow gets along well with her dog friend in the house, as well as the resident cats. She can get spooked by sudden sounds or movements once in awhile, so it may be best if she goes to a quiet home with no kids under 10. She has developed quite a personality since she has been with her foster family, and has really come out of her shell. She loves to play with her soft stuffed toys, or relax with her foster family on the couch. She is very easy going in the house, but she is still not sure about all the sights and sounds going on outside. Her foster family is working on getting her more comfortable with being outside and experiencing new things. Willow is wonderful in the car, excellently potty trained, and is wonderful in her kennel when her family is away at work. If you are looking for a sensitive, sweet, affectionate, and quiet dog, this girl is for you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Willow, a Broomfield Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Broomfield, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Broomfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Broomfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Broomfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Broomfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
