Here's what the humans have to say about me:
What’s in a name? Well my name comes from Old German definition meaning “noble youth” of “bright” or “fame”. I may be a little past my adolescence, but that doesn’t mean I lost my nobility! And with my luxurious golden coat and shinning personality I can brighten up any room. I can put a smile on any face. Once you get to putting the rubs on my belly you’ll find yourself in canine bliss! I get along with respectful kids, and get along with the other dogs here too! But in my previous home I was the only dog in the house, so I would prefer to have all the love of a new home to myself free from other dogs and cats! I have done this crate training thing here pretty darn well, and may just need a couple of pointers when I get in my new home! What’s that? You were looking for a regal dog to brighten up your home? Well, let me introduce myself, my name is Gilbert! 6 years old-55lbs. My adoption fee is $160 and includes; neuter, microchip, reduced cost Training Class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.
