Woody was found in a backyard with the other strays on the street. He was dirty and hungry and had come to depend on the food offered at this home. GSR stopped by one afternoon and took him along wtih four others . Three were friendly dumps and one was an unsocialized kitten.
Woody was ear tipped and neutered already, even though he was not feral and could be someone's pet and had ovviously been rescued before. This time however he would not be going back outside. He is on the quiet. laid back side of life. Just needs a soft bed and some company and a window and good food. He will warm up and blossom with a little TLC vs being yelled at on the street. If you would like a handsome orange boy in your midst. let us know.

Green Street Rescue (GSR) is an all volunteer non-profit whose goal is to humanely reduce the stray cat population in Philadelphia, through rescue work and adoptions and the practice of Trap-Neuter-Return-Manage (TNRM) for feral cats.
