Ricky's Story...
Ricky is a gray tabby & white kitty. He & his sister, Lucy, were brought to me when they were only about 10 days old. Lucy will only answer when you say her name the way Desi Arnez used to on "I Love Lucy" - "Lucy, I'm home!" - so her brother just had to be named Ricky. He shows no interest in going outside but loves to chase the bugs on the storm door when the outside light is on. He likes attention but isn't as insistant as some others I have. Likes to sleep with you if you don't move around much. Loves to have his head & belly rubbed. If you think you would like to meet Ricky & see if he would be a good fit with your family, please email me at or call 513-575-2358 or 513-260-3969. If no answer, please leave a message & I'll get back to you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ricky, a Milford Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Milford, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Milford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Milford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Milford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Milford paves the way for another one to be saved.
