Henry Blue's Story...
Henry Blue was an escape artist that he could scale a fence from standing position — it was quite impressive! But his original home didn't want to deal with it, so they discarded him in the pound. This happy-go-lucky boy was so traumatized from being dumped when we rescued him from death row. But he's been living with our trainer and has become the star student. Since he's so good that the trainer's wife has fallen in love with him, and if they didn't have enough dogs already, they would have kept him. The good news is: he's well-trained and ready; ready for a new life in which his new family will be committed to him as much as he will be to you. Henry is loyal, intelligent and so very eager to please.

If you are interested in meeting Henry Blue, please download the Adoption Questionnaire, fill it out and fax it back to us at (310) 362-0321. You can also meet this and/or other available dogs at our Saturday Adoptions at Centinela Feed.

[Henry is 4 years old and about 61 lbs.]

Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog/Siberian Husky for sale in Marina del Rey, or seeking a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog/Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Marina del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greater Swiss Mountain Dog/Siberian Husky breeders who help with Greater Swiss Mountain Dog/Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marina del Rey paves the way for another one to be saved.
