Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Little Hula found herself in quite the predicament after testing positive for Feline Leukemia at Chicago Animal Care and Control. Her positive status not only made her more vulnerable to disease, but mean that she would be euthanized as soon as her stray hold was up. Lucky for Hula, CARF already has one Felv positive girl, so we thought, why not save another? Hula was swept up from CACC only a day after CARF learned of her status. She has proven to be an extremely loving and outgoing girl who has lots of life left to live. Her IFA test to confirm the Felv status is pending. She cannot be around any other cats until the results are back. If she is confirmed positive she will be integrated with Maui, our existing Felv kitty and we will prefer they are adopted together. Her adoption fee of $125 covers her spay, chip, and age appropriate vaccines.
