Glenda's Story...
Meet Glenda! What a cutie!! She is a 5 month old mixed breed pup. Her breed mix is just a guess. We don't expect her to get much bigger so she will be the perfect size weighing right around 25lbs when full grown. She is learning what it's like to be loved by humans. She was very shy when she first arrived to LPBH but is coming out of her shell a little more each day. She is in a foster home with other dogs and even cats and does well with all. We always require any current canine in the household to meet prior to adoption though just to make sure they get along. Glenda is working on her house training and doing well and is also crate trained. Her adoption fee is $250. She is spayed and current on vaccinations.

*Please note LPBH does same day adoptions with approved applications, so please come prepared to take your new adopted pet home with you. LPBH requires a collar, leash and metal ID tag with your phone number on it before being able to take any animal home. You can purchase these at the time of adoption or bring them from home. Thank you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Glenda, a STERLING HEIGHTS Beagle/Miniature Pinscher puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Miniature Pinscher for sale in STERLING HEIGHTS, or seeking a Beagle/Miniature Pinscher puppy from a breeder in STERLING HEIGHTS.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in STERLING HEIGHTS already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a STERLING HEIGHTS breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Beagle/Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in STERLING HEIGHTS paves the way for another one to be saved.
