Buddy was rescued from a public pound where he stayed for five months after being brought in as a stray. The people working at the shelter were all in love with his personality and tried everything to get him a home. He is a very loving, big goofy pup. Buddy loves to go on walks, jogs, and plays with toys.
Buddy is just a big, strong, rowdy pup! We’re also working on his manners trying to get him not to jump up to give kisses. What would really make him happy would be having a family who would love him forever. He is learning manners and loves to please, and he will do best with an owner who will continue with his training.
If you think Buddy might be the perfect pup for you, please go to www.allamericanmuttrescue.org, click on Forms/Application and complete your adoption application online. Please review our adoption process at http://www.allamericanmuttrescue.org/info/adoption and contact us if you have questions about the process.
We are an all-volunteer group, so please be patient and understand that it takes an average of 7-14 days to process the applications including reference checks, follow-up questions and home visits. You can expedite the process by providing accurate email addresses for all your references. Time to make phone calls is limited and we often have multiple applications in process. We make every effort to move through them as quickly as possible.
When your reference checks are completed and your application is tentatively approved, we will schedule a home visit and a meet-and-greet to see if Buddy picks you too.
If it seems that the adoption will be a good match for all, there is an adoption contract to be signed and a requested adoption donation.
Please feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have additional questions.
