Summer-Courtesy Post's Story...
Meet Summer! At just 3 years old, this beauty is about as well behaved of a dog as you can find. A German Shepherd mix, she loves snuggling and lounging in the house as much as she loves going for a walk! Her manners are a dream, if you can forgive her from trying to sneak up on the couch when nobody is looking! Summer loves everyone that she meets – adults, children and other dogs too! This angelic mixed breed dog is waiting for a home to call her own. She's good on a leash, housebroken, and affectionate. Summer will be a great fit for any family looking for a mild-mannered canine companion!

Summer is eager for a new start in life and just wants a loving family to take her home. Might you be willing to make her dreams come true? If so, contact Courtney at courtneydaylewade@gmail.com for more information!

About Our Rescue Group...
The Rescue Inn, Inc. ("TRI") is an Ohio non-profit, foster-based rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of dogs in need.

We are run by a dedicated group of volunteers who are passionate about our four-legged friends. Our mission is to save dogs from high kill shelters and abuse/neglect situations and place those animals into loving and permanent homes. We promote responsible animal ownership and provide medical treatment, foster care and training to unwanted, abandoned, lost or surrendered animals.

Our animals are spayed/neutered, receive appropriate veterinary care and are placed into a safe, secure foster home while waiting for their permanent home. We also strive to work with other area shelters and rescues to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to enhance our rescue mission.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Summer-Courtesy Post, a North Olmsted German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in North Olmsted, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in North Olmsted.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Olmsted already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Olmsted breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Olmsted paves the way for another one to be saved.
