Macey's Story...
Macey is a 3mo. old German Shepherd girl. She is a very well mannered pup, mellow and friendly with everyone. She came from a litter of pups and was brought to the shelter when she and her sister were the only ones left and the owners could not find them homes.

Macey has had her puppy vaccinations and deworming. Also started on her heart worm preventative. She is working on potty training though she is still young and practicing. Macey is very friendly and loving with people and good with other animals. She does like to sit on your lap and snooze as she still can fit on most people's laps.

Adoption fee:$235.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Macey, a Mora German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Mora, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Mora.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mora already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mora breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mora paves the way for another one to be saved.
