I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Dusty's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Dusty's Story...
This VERY handsome chocolate Lab needs a home of his very
own! Dusty is very playful and full of energy, as young Labs are!
He absolutely loves going for walks, and makes a good running
partner, as well. He is housebroken, and is up to date on all
vaccinations, neutered, on heart worm prevention, and is

He is still considered a puppy at only 1 year old, but he is very
receptive and trainable, and according to the people caring for
him, is very smart and just an all around great dog! He also loves car rides, as you can see!

Dusty loves attention and being around his human friends. Let us know if you would like to meet this lovely 90 pound boy!
(Because he is still so playful and so large, it would probably be best if he is not placed with cats or small children. )
Dusty’s adoption fee of $115 includes microchip, neuter, vaccines, heartworm testing and starting on heartworm prevention.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dusty, a Schertz Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Schertz, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Schertz.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Schertz already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Schertz breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Schertz paves the way for another one to be saved.
