Isabella's Story...
Isabella is a gentle super friendly and happy lab girl who would be a wonderful new friend. She LOVES belly rubs and has been working on her professional puppy dog eyes! She loves to play with the other pups at her foster family’s home; big and small. She is doing well with crate training and hasn't had any accidents since she's been in her foster home. She plays well with other dogs and although she enjoys playing with her toys she would rather be with her human. She'll probably be a great running partner and loves to go to the dog park. Her foster family is eager to take her out on pack walks so she can experience the sights and smells of the country and she loves it! Isabella has webbed feet, so she'll probably be a fun water dog!! Isabella is UTD on shots, spayed and fostered in Queen Anne, MD.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Isabella, a Frederick Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Frederick, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Frederick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Frederick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Frederick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Frederick paves the way for another one to be saved.
