Ruff Ruff! My name is Gracie
|Breed:||Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) Mix||Color:||Red/Golden/Orange/Chestnut - With White||Age:||Young|
|Size:||Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less||Sex:||Female|
I am already spayed, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
This sweet little girl is about 2 years old. She was found running on the streets of LA .
Gracie is a very attached dog. Gracie has scars around her snout showing that someone wired her snout shut. Even though she had a tough beginning, she has not been fazed by the experience. She gets along well with the other dogs. She has learned not to bark to get attention. She is potty trained to a doggie door. She would love to have someone around to give her lots of attention. She is doing well with cats, kids and other dogs. She is very sweet and would love to constantly be in your arms or on your lap. She is also very much a puppy, and loves to play. Gracie's best forever family would have time for her. They would be experienced with dogs, or be willing to take her to classes to bring out the best in her. She would do well to have another dog in the home if she is left alone. Adoption Fee for Gracie is $275. This includes vaccinations, avid chip and spay, deworming and rabies. If you are interested in Gracie, please call (714)901-0191 and we can fax or email an "Adoption Application" that you can fill out. If you would like to meet Gracie, you will need to fill out an application first.

Rescue Group Info...
Once we became aware of the dilemma's facing animals in the Southern California shelters, we got involved with volunteering with a rescue organization in 2007. Then as volunteers, we formed our own rescue group and although we are small, we have adopted out many animals, including cats, dogs and birds. We have been involved in rescue since 2007. ALL our animals are fostered in volunteer homes. The volunteers PAY for the animals care on their own. Home fostering allows the volunteers to socialize and prepare the pet for their forever home. First we care for and socialize the animal, then assess the animal and find out what their personality is like, and how they will adapt to other animals, people and children.
Our puppies and dogs, cats and birds, have been given love and shelter and a little time to heal from their experience. Once that is done they are closer to being in a responsible, loving home with a family that will care for them.
All our pets can be met with by personal appointments. If you have another animal to pair with, we request that you bring the other dog with you as to make sure that they will get along together.
