Toni's Story...
Toni is a beautiful black German Shepherd. She is approximately 5 years old. She gets along great with the boxers in her foster home, and is fine with kids. She is house trained, knows basic commands, walks good on a leash and is a really mellow and loving dog. She loves the
couch and laying on pillows! She does have some separation anxiety, and is need of a home where she isn't alone a lot.

If you can provide a forever home for Toni, please email jvsrivero@comcast.net for an application or call 925-337-6377. Her adoption fee is $200 which covers her vaccinations and spay procedure.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Toni, a Livermore German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Livermore, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Livermore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Livermore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Livermore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Livermore paves the way for another one to be saved.
