My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Masaki, and I am a very special 8 year old Japanese Chin. I am very sweet and calm. I came from an owner who could no longer care for me. I am special needs due to a history of siezures. I have a history of seizures and my foster mom and vet have worked really hard at getting me on the right medication in order to control my seizures. I will be on anti seizure medication for the remainder of my life. I also had two bladder stones, which were surgically removed and requires me to be on a prescription diet to prevent further stones. I love to go for walks and am perfect on the leash. I will scratch at the door when I need to go potty and have recently learned how to use a doggie door as well. I came from a home as an only dog and am loving my foster home with all my new playmates. I probably would do best in an adult home with another companion dog. I get along well with cats.
