Holly's Story...
Holly - this sweet little poodle mix is approx 4 yrs old and 10 lbs, she is just the lovliest little dog, she is quiet and well behaved, seems to be house trained, loves to sleep on the bed at night and during the day she curls up in a doggie bed with her buddies, she has been treated for heartworm, is all clear and is on a monthly preventative. She would be perfect for the less active lifestyle - she LOVES attention, and she does not mind going to doggy day care where she can spend time with doggy friends. She is NOT hypoallergenic as she is a mix

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Holly, a Norwalk Poodle (Miniature)/Bichon Frise dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature)/Bichon Frise for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature)/Bichon Frise dog from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature)/Bichon Frise breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature)/Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
