Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, My name is Cortana a one year old but my foster parents call me Cort. I only weigh 40 pounds
My foster parents say I am a love bug. My favorite thing to do is cuddle. Since being rescued I have already learned the commands "sit", "down", "heel", and my release command, which is "go ahead". I love going to the park and playing with my foster sister. Some excited dogs can overwhelm me but overall I love playing with other dogs. I am a very shy and timid girl in new situations and I do scared of some men, so I need someone who will be patient with me and understand that new situations can be scary at first. I am learning how to play in toys and bones. At first I wasn't really sure what to do with them. I am getting better at "drop it" but do have some guarding issues and will sometimes have a hard time giving the toy back but I am working really hard on it. I also love my crate and am completely crate and house trained. My foster parents say that I am such a good girl because when they go to work all they have to say is "crate" and I go right in. My foster parents say that for a dog who was living on the streets of New York that I am doing amazing.
I am spayed and have all my shots
