Peyton's Story...
Introducing Peyton, an adorable 5 year old Husky/Shepherd Mix. She is about 53lbs of unconditional love. Peyton came to us from a kill shelter in Kentucky, The shelter caught fire and due to the damage of the facility her days were numbered. Lucky for her and us we were able to save her. She is great with kids and other dogs. She was an owner surrender to the shelter so we are assuming that she is house trained and had good house manners. Peyton absolutely LOVES to play fetch with her Frisbee or ball. She has the strongest play drive we have ever seen. She is very sweet and affectionate, most of all she is so much fun, We go out and play ball and fetch with her for hours. She can jump up in the air and catch her Frisbee. Peyton needs a secure fenced in yard where she can show you her skills.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peyton, a Russellville Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Russellville, or seeking a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Russellville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Russellville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Russellville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Russellville paves the way for another one to be saved.
