Twizzles's Story...
Twizzles is a sweet, gentle and outgoing 2 year old kitty boy. He loves to have his chin scratched and to be petted all the time. He is a loving lap cat who will curl up in your lap whether you are working at the computer or sitting on the sofa. He likes to sleep with his people and even chirps a lecture at his foster mom if she stays up past her bedtime! He also hates being ignored and will stand on a desk and "talk" to you until you pet him. He is quite a talker, with a trilling quiet chirp that is very charming.

Twizzles likes being picked up for short periods but not being held. He gets along very well with and is polite to the other cats in the household. His favorite toys are the kind he can bat around, especially squeaky toy mice. We do not know how he would react to dogs, but he is skittish about sudden movement and loud noises so would do best in a quieter environment. He really needs to be with someone who will appreciate his loving nature and give him plenty of pets. He would be an ideal therapy cat or good for someone who is lonely and needs a new furry best friend.

Twizzles is neutered, tested negative for FIV & feline leukemia and is up to date on vaccinations. He came to 4Paws from a shelter after he was brought in as a stray.

He is fine living with other cats and should be ok in homes with children. We are not sure how he will be with dogs.

Twizzles is on a restrictive diet that he needs to continue on in his adoptive home. He must eat only canned poultry based foods. He is sensitive to fish & grains.
