Odie is a 2-3 year old Silky Terrier/Terrier mix who was a local stray and the owner was not found. Most likely, he was one of many dumped dogs, running the streets, fending for himself. He is a cream-colored dog, with tan markings, interlaced with gray, but it gives the appearance of a silver color. I guess you can call him tri-colored. Needless to say, he has a beautiful coat. Odie is a little shy at first meet, however, when he warms up he is full of sunshine. He is very gentle and easy going. He loves all of the other dogs and cats that he is presently living with. He is very good with children and loves to play ball (he just has not figured out how to bring the ball back to you...we are working on that!). Odie will bark if someone comes near his yard, but other than that, he is very quiet. He is crate-trained and potty trained (however potty reinforcement is needed in any new environment). Odie loves to be with all of us (he is a great family dog!) and participate in whatever we are doing or whatever the other animals are doing. He is a non-shedding dog, and very good when giving him a bath at home. He weighs about 11 pounds.
Odie is neutered, de-wormed, vaccinated including rabies, and micro-chipped. If you are interested in Odie, please contact Angel’s Heart Dog Rescue at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
