Tia's Story...
Tia (blue collar) is one sweet little girl! She is roughly 2 years old and 20lbs of loveableness. Tia came to us with her sister from an SPCA in Virginia where they'd been since November. You'd think they would need time to acclimate to life in a home, but nope! She was immediately comfortable and relaxed and is right at home with all her foster siblings. Tia seems to be mostly house trained and is completely crate trained. This little girl deserves the best loving home that OPH can find for her. She is spayed and up to date on all her shots.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tia, a Hanover Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle for sale in Hanover, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle dog from a breeder in Hanover.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hanover already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hanover breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hanover paves the way for another one to be saved.
