MIA's Story...
Hi my name is Mia. I am a young Chihuahua girl, at about a year and a half (1 1/2) old. I weigh about 8 lbs and I have beautiful blonde hair. I had a rough start in life and lived outside in the cold all winter. I was cold and scared most of the time. I am now staying in a warm house with my own bed and blankets and I like this much better! I am very friendly and love to give big kisses all of the time. I love to sit on laps and get lots of love. I also have lots of energy and like running and playing in the yard and I come back when I am called. I am staying with three other dogs and we are learning to get along but I would prefer to be the boss. I have no interest in the kitties here, so I would not mind having a kitty friend. Since I have never been in a house before, I am still learning that I should potty outside. I don't mind being in a crate until I learn. I would love to find my very own family to love me furever! Regretfully we are no longer able to adopt to RI and MA applicants. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MIA, a Allentown Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
