Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tess is a 2 yr old girl that is looking for someone to be her one and only. Tess is good with dogs her own size but not little ones. We do think she will be a better dog for her handler if she is the only 4 legged pet in the home but can live with another k-9 friend as her foster home has 3 other dogs. Tess is looking for a jogging companion; she is a great running buddy. She stays focused on the mission and is not distracted by other joggers, dogs, strollers or any other critters that may be around. She is highly food motivated and this will be the best way to teach her basic obedience and manners. She is crate trained and has been house trained. We believe that Tess was an outdoor dog and was not in a home before coming into rescue. We also feel that nobody spent very much time with her which explains why she has a difficult time with concentration. If Tess becomes your new best friend, you will find in her loyalty, dedication and the willingness to please. We recommend that once adopted you start training classes with her to help her with bonding and listening to you. We do not recommend a home with kitties or small prey animals like tiny dogs.
