Bebe's Story...
Sweet and cuddly cat in search of a forever lap!

Bebe’s owner could no longer keep her and Friends For Life stepped in to make sure Bebe was cared for. Bebe has the face of an angel and you’ll just melt when she looks up at you with those adoring green eyes. Bebe is very loving and likes to be close, either in a lap or snuggled up as close as possible. She is a huge fan of belly scratches and cuddles. The girl likes to get cozy when you are on the computer, reading the paper, or watching TV. Bebe will let you know when she is in need of something and that includes being vocal when you try to move her when she is in the middle of a good snooze on your lap. She also enjoys having her space while you are away and will make good use of a sunny windowsill. Bebe is a sweet and cuddly cat who asks for nothing more than a warm lap and some belly scratches. If you are looking for a super sweet cuddle buddy, look no further!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bebe, a Houston Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Houston, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
