Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Skittle! I am a 2 year old, spayed, Chihuahua that was rescued from OC Shelter on March 18th. The Pet Rescue Center could not resist my adorable dances I was performing alone in my cage. When you are as small as I am, you have to think big to get the humans attention on you! I am only 5lbs and I am full grown. I have a larger than life character that helps you forget how small I am. I LOVE booty scratches! I will stretch like a cat for you when you hit my sweet spots. I am also quite fond of staring at myself in mirrors. I am just too pretty to look away! If you would like to meet me, please contact Casey at The PRC today!
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email Casey Oliver at adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adoptapet.html. Completed applications can be faxed to 949-768-5759 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome pets from high kill shelters and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
