Milo's Story...
Sweet Milo was somehow overlooked in the county pound because there are just way too many dogs needing homes! Once he gets groomed, he will look like a show dog! Milo is a real find with his, not only gook looks, but mild tempered personality which you can see in the video taken by kind volunteers at the pound.

If you are interested in meeting Milo, please download the Adoption Questionnaire, fill it out and fax it back to us at (310) 362-0321. You can also meet this and/or other available dogs at our Saturday Adoptions at Centinela Feed.

[Milo is 3-4 years old and weighs 10 lbs.]

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Milo, a Marina del Rey Bichon Frise/Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise/Maltese for sale in Marina del Rey, or seeking a Bichon Frise/Maltese dog from a breeder in Marina del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise/Maltese breeders who help with Bichon Frise/Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marina del Rey paves the way for another one to be saved.
